In this episode I discuss the reasons why our confidence can decline over the years as we hit 40 years old. In my case, this is where my confidence was at its lowest levels. I attribute it to the events in my life, the environment as well as losing the potential of fulfilling your dreams. Particularly when you tried to achieve them and failed.
