Tokyo cherry blossoms at night are nothing like I imagined. What looks peaceful in photos turns into glowing lanterns, packed sidewalks, street food stalls, and a canal lit up pink under hundreds of sakura trees. In this video, I walk the full Nakameguro River during cherry blossom season to see if it’s chaos, magic… or somehow both.

Along the way, I try strawberry cherry blossom French toast, grab yakitori from a local stand, and take a shot of habushu (yes, the snake liquor). I also stop by the massive Starbucks Reserve Roastery and show you what the crowds really look like after sunset.
