  • Grace Game Strong
    Feb 26 2025

Grace is that thing that lets us breathe after we’ve made a mistake. It’s what gives us permission to let go of guilt and shame. It’s what allows us to move forward when we’ve been hurt or when we’ve hurt someone else. It is unmerited favor. But here’s the real talk—sometimes, giving grace feels like the hardest thing in the world.

Whether it’s grace for yourself or grace for others, it takes work. It takes a heart posture that says, ‘I choose to love, even when it’s difficult.’ In this episode, we’re diving deep into grace—how to give it to yourself, how to extend it to others, and most importantly, how to do it without allowing people back into spaces they no longer deserve.

    Enjoy!!

  • Prayer: When Faith Seems Fragile
    Feb 24 2025

Today's episode is a prayer in which I speak to the ones whose faith feels fragile. Maybe you’re in a season of doubt. Maybe life has hit you hard, and you're questioning everything. Or maybe you believe in God, but you're struggling to trust Him. Sis, you are not alone.

Since February is the month of love, I want to remind you that God’s love isn’t just about what He gives—it’s about how He sustains. His love carries us even when we feel like we’re falling. And today, we’re going to lean into that love with a prayer for strength and surrender.

  • Shedding The Weight We Weren't Meant To Carry
    Feb 21 2025

Let me ask you something: What’s weighing you down? Is it regret? Fear? The need to control everything? Or maybe it’s the expectations of other people that have become so heavy, you don’t even know who you are anymore. We all have things we carry, but not all of them are ours to hold.

In today's episode , we’re talking about something that many of us have been struggling with, maybe for years—carrying burdens we were never meant to bear. Whether it's guilt, shame, fear, past mistakes, or expectations placed on us by others, it’s time to let it go. It’s time to be free. So, let’s get into it!"
