    The three pilars of Self-Determination are a subjective sense of:

    - Autonomy

    - Competence

    - Relatedness

     

    If any of those are not present, you will have trouble to function greatly. Those things are your top priority, and you should really change your environment if they are not fullfilled.

     

    Motivation is usually decomposed of intrinsic motivation, doing things because you like them, and extrinsic motivation, doing things because you have to or because you want something in return.

     

    The best way to increase your motivation is to find a rationale for why it is important to you. And then an even better way is to see yourself as someone who as some qualities that makes the action obvious.

    You can learn asbolutely everything ! From music intruments to programming, video creation, cooking, speaking languages.

    Slightly less known, you can also learn many traits that are usually said to be innate, or personality traits, like being sociable, talking with ease, determination, and even motivation or confidence.

    The best way to learn is to allocate a little bit of your time daily to it. Even 30 minutes a day can bring you awesome results in any dimension of your life !
