How America was formed for the Worship of Jesus freely and the proclamation of the Gospel even back to its early settling in 1620. Then 1776 showed how 15% of Colonial men asked God to judge their works which would leave the world richer and freer 7 years later.

Jon opens the show with a goodbye to his pal DJ, as fatherhood/coaching/marriage take 1st priority here at the America Held Hostage podcast and DJ must answer the call. We wish him nothing but the best as his 4th child is on the way, and we look forward to still having him as a contributor as his schedule allows moving forward.

Then Jon talks about how men struggle with failure & disappointment, how men after a time of just going thru the motions of life begin to realize they lack desire, passion, zeal, and purpose and begin to look for meaning thru different means that never truly satisfy. So where do men need to go?? - Jesus!!

In this episode, Jon and his Dad Mark discuss why Christian Masculinity needs to the offensive in nature, not in an insulting way - but in a moving forward and standing against the forces of darkness type of way. Christians who have been on the offense against evil thru out history have always been blessed in their fight by GOD to stand for righteousness. But when Christians cower from the public arena and the marketplace, cultures collapse because of cowardice and evil fills the vacuum of dominion left behind by weak ineffectual men!!

So what do we do as men? - we discuss the way forward as fathers, husbands, sons, brothers, leaders, followers, and workers.
