    Send a text

In this deeply personal episode, Rose shares her journey, while reflecting on the resilience we are all born with.

She explores what it means to truly be strong, and why real strength is not about carrying everything alone. Rose talks about:

    • Trust your inner guidance and body signals
    • Stop putting yourself last
    • Lean into connection without losing your power
    • Remember the “manufacturer’s guide” you were born with

This episode is a reminder that you are equipped, resilient, and never truly alone, and that strength is knowing you could do it all yourself, but choosing connection instead.

Whether you’re navigating caregiving, career challenges, relationship shifts, or just life in general, this conversation will help you remember your inner wisdom and trust your capacity to meet whatever unfolds.

You were built for resilience. You are equipped for life. The guide has always been inside you… it’s time to trust it.

    Send us a text

In this episode of 'An Inside Job with Rose', Rose explores the Train Station Theory through a spiritual lens, weaving it into the tail end of the energy of the Wood Snake year.

Just like us, relationships evolve. Some people walk beside us for a chapter, some for a season, and a few for a lifetime. In this episode, Rose guides you to understand why friendships come and go, how to recognise misalignment without guilt, and how to release connections with grace and compassion.

As we move through the final weeks of the Snake year, this conversation asks you to trust your inner knowing, honour what once was, and create space for aligned connections as we prepare for the momentum and freedom of the Fire Horse year that comes on the 17th February 2026.

✨ In this episode, we explore:

    • The Train Station Theory and what it teaches us about friendships
    • Why shedding relationships is part of spiritual growth
    • How to recognise when a friendship no longer aligns
    • Releasing people without blame, guilt, or resentment
    • Trusting your journey and walking forward with grace

This episode is a reminder that you are not losing people, you are aligning with yourself.

  • 2025 Reflection: Healing, Growth & Turning a New Page
    Dec 14 2025

    Send a text

As we move into the Christmas season and gently close the chapter on 2025, this episode is a heartfelt reflection on healing, growth, and finally feeling 'home'.

In this special episode, I share a blog I recently wrote after reflecting on the tarot cards I pulled for myself for December in my personal 2025 reading. Looking back at these cards, the Queen of Pentacles, the Magician, and the Angel card 'You know what to do', I realised how clearly they reflected the journey I’ve walked this year.

2025 wasn’t about big and dramatic moments. It was about something far deeper: choosing myself, releasing old narratives, healing long-held wounds, and finally stepping into my true self with kindness, trust, and confidence.

In this episode, I reflect on:

    • How the Queen of Pentacles became a mirror of the woman I’ve grown into
    • Learning to trust my inner wisdom and the tools I already had
    • Releasing the old mindset and beliefs -choosing a new and fresh approach
    • Why inner work isn’t the hardest part—avoiding it is
    • A grounding end-of-year affirmation to help you release 2025 and welcome 2026

This episode is reminding you to slow down, reflect on your own year, and honour how far you’ve come, especially the quiet moments of growth that often go unnoticed.

    Please Note - January podcast

  • The Power of Surrendering: Stop Fighting Life
    Nov 9 2025

    Send us a text

In this episode, I dive into one of the hardest, yet most transformative spiritual practices... Surrendering!

I share what surrender really means, why it’s not giving up, and how letting go can actually help life unfold more smoothly. Using examples from everyday life and my own journey, I explain how surrender is an active practice of trusting the process, easing tension, and listening to your inner guidance.

Exploring how the ego resists uncertainty and control, and why letting go of the need to manage everything opens the door for clarity, opportunities, and unexpected solutions. I guide you through a reflective exercise with three key questions to help identify what you’re trying to control, what it might feel like to hand it over, and how to trust the unknown. Together with a practical surrendering technique you can use anytime.

If you’ve been pushing, overthinking, or trying to force life to unfold a certain way, and you are exhausted 'trying to make things happen', this episode is your guide.

  • Supporting Others Without Losing Yourself
    Sep 14 2025

    Send us a text

Do you ever feel like you’re carrying the weight of everyone else’s struggles? As natural empaths, healers, and caregivers, it’s easy to fall into the trap of fixing instead of simply being present. But true support doesn’t come from over-giving, it comes from shining your light without dimming yourself in the process.

    In this episode, I’ll share:
✨ Why we’re wired to want to fix others (and how to shift that pattern)
✨ The difference between supporting and rescuing
✨ Practical ways to hold space for someone without draining your energy
✨ How being the light actually helps people more than fixing ever could

This is your reminder that your presence, love, and light are more than enough.

If this episode resonated, please share it with a friend who may be an Empath, or a fixer. It may help them.
