  • Ep.63 Minor Prophets: Amos chapter 7 to Obadiah Introduction
    Feb 27 2026

In this episode of our Minor Prophets survey (KJV), we move through Amos 7 and step into an introduction to Obadiah. In Amos 7, we witness the Lord’s visions of judgment—locusts, fire, and the plumbline—revealing that God measures His people by His righteous standard. “Thus he shewed me” (Amos 7:1) reminds us that divine revelation precedes divine reckoning. We also see Amaziah’s rejection of truth, a sobering picture of religious resistance to God’s Word. From there, we transition to Obadiah, the prophet of divine retribution, where the pride of Edom meets the certainty of God’s justice: “The pride of thine heart hath deceived thee” (Obadiah 1:3). This lesson underscores a timeless truth—God holds nations accountable, opposes pride, defends His covenant purposes, and promises that “the kingdom shall be the LORD’S” (Obadiah 1:21).

  • Ep.62 A Great Commission Church (Revelation 3:7-13)
    Feb 27 2026

In this message from Revelation 3:7–13, we examine what truly makes a church great. The church at Philadelphia was small, weak, and outwardly unimpressive—yet Jesus offered no rebuke, only commendation and promise. Why? They kept His Word, did not deny His name, and walked through the open doors He set before them. Christ reveals Himself as the Holy One, the True One, and the Sovereign One who holds the key of David—opening doors no man can shut. This sermon calls us to measure greatness by faithfulness, not size; by obedience, not applause. A Great Commission Church sees Jesus as awesome, remains steadfast under pressure, and lives anchored to His promises. No matter how little strength we think we have, a church faithful to Christ and His Commission will be rewarded by God.

  • Ep.61 When God Shows Up: The Grace of the Harvest (Ruth 2: 4-13)
    Feb 26 2026

In “When God Shows Up: The Grace of the Harvest” (Ruth 2:4–13), we see that what looks like coincidence is actually providence. Boaz arrives in the field with, “The LORD be with you,” revealing a man whose faith shapes everyday life. His grace toward Ruth goes beyond the Law—protecting, providing, and speaking kindly to a foreign widow who asks, “Why have I found grace in thine eyes?” Under the imagery of God’s “wings,” we glimpse a portrait of Christ, our greater Redeemer. When we abide faithfully in God’s field, we discover He has been at work long before we arrived.
