For months, the colony on LHS 1140 b has been flooded with illicit stimulant implants smuggled in by criminal networks. Addiction rates have risen. Violence has increased. Public confidence in the colonial government has collapsed. Under enormous pressure, a local faction calling itself The Vigilant Tide has taken things into their own hands.
