Im Amy. A wife, a mother, entrepreneur and chronic over sharer. My life has taken large leaps in the last 5 years and well a few left turns. From cheering my husband on while he starts his own business, to taking risks on my own ideas and failing. All the while learning how to navigate my tiny humans and their little souls.
As Yourself is about staying attached to your why while striving to better your mind body and heart. It’s about having real, raw, occasionally hilarious and inspiring conversations with women and creatives that choose to live well, strip down their negative self talk, and come fully as themselves. To be challenged by real people, through real conversations.
Twice a month I’ll be sitting down with close friends that inspire me and know me best as well as power house women that challenge and provoke me to push fear to the side, change my patterns and chase after what matters.
