About this listen

What are we talking about when we say “tech”? This stratospherically broad topic can be broken down into a seemingly infinite number of subtopics. Aaron and Jess, from social enterprise Asemio, decode some of those technology and tech-adjacent concepts in ways that are often useful, typically thought-provoking, and occasionally mind-blowing. Whether you work in the social impact space like they do or you’re just interested in technology in general, Asemio Decoded gives you insight into some of today’s hottest tech topics and why they matter – or don’t.Copyright 2025 Asemio Economics Leadership Management Management & Leadership

    Mar 31 2025

Asemio Decoded is back for our fourth season! We are so excited to reintroduce you to Dr. Amy O’Hara from the Massive Data Institute at Georgetown University with this updated interview from 2022.

How does digital architecture differ from the physical, or are they more similar than we might think? Listen as Jess and Aaron (and our editor, Matt) break down how data infrastructure gets built, the design constraints that guide architecture decisions, and how these things help to shape the world around us.
