About this listen

 I’m Seamus O’Hara. Years ago I graduated from the American Youth Foundations National Leadership Conference. My experience there helped shape my leadership as a school principal and father. Each year, scores of adults, flock to the shores of Lake Michigan to develop our youth into their best selves. Last Summer, I spent some time profiling the people who make it happen and recording their stories.
