Landan Dory is an experienced commercial real estate broker with a focus on RV and mobile home park sales, net lease investment sales, and 1031 exchanges. He has been a licensed broker since 2017 and has personally been investing in real estate since 2021, with a portfolio that includes Single-Family Homes (SFH) and Single-Tenant Net Lease (STNL) properties.

Mario Dattilo has been investing in real estate and owning businesses for over 15 years. After starting a business in high school and skipping college all together he started a real estate brokerage where he ultimately got his itch for investments. After wholesaling and flipping single family homes for years with his partner Doug (his father), he began acquiring commercial properties with a focus on manufactured home communities.

After more than 20 off-market commercial acquisitions across 5 states, Mario has acquired 1,000+ manufactured home lots and multiple value-add self storage properties. Mario has been managing his commercial real estate portfolio since 2014. His current role includes oversight of acquisitions and investor relations.

His love for the manufactured housing industry led him to create a YouTube channel providing free education around investing in MHC’s. Later he started an education company for new and existing community operators called Real Cash Flow.
