    Wang'oe Mtuhuru aka, Freeman, is an Ultra Runner and Trail Runner. He accomplished one of the toughest mountain challenges in Africa that is, The Virunga Challenge. He ran up and down 3 Virunga Mountains (Mount Muhabura, Mount Gahinga and Mount Sabyinyo) all in just 11 hours and 23 minutes. A total distance of 42KM and a 4,000m elevation gain. An incredible feat! We recorded this brief episode in Kampala, Uganda after we did our different versions of the challenge.
