Tara and I agreed that all-in-ones can save businesses both time and money in the long run compared to taping together platforms that don't communicate with one another. Project management tools like Asana were also recommended for staying organized and on top of tasks.

The pros and cons of chatbots for online businesses came up. While automation at scale is appealing, Tara stressed the importance of real relationships and having real conversations with potential leads to build trust, especially when selling high-ticket items.
