  • The Magic of Taking Yourself Out💫
    Sep 6 2025

Have you ever dressed up, stepped out, and realized you didn’t need anyone else to enjoy the moment? That’s the magic of a solo date.

In this episode, I share why taking yourself out isn’t about loneliness—it’s about love. Love for your body, your mind, and your life. Solo dates teach us to slow down, listen to ourselves, and celebrate who we are—without waiting for someone else to make us feel special.

  • What If Your Treasure Is Already Within?
    Sep 2 2025

When I went abroad for my studies, I thought the treasure was out there — in degrees, jobs, opportunities, and the “next big thing.” 🌍 I kept chasing, believing that once I found that one thing, I’d finally feel complete.

But life had its own lessons. Challenges, struggles, and moments of feeling lost taught me what I didn’t expect: the real treasure was not in another place, or another role, or someone else’s validation… it was already inside me. 💜

This reminded me of Santiago in The Alchemist. He traveled across deserts and oceans, only to discover that the treasure he was chasing had always been within reach. His journey wasn’t wasted though — it was the journey that made him discover himself.

And maybe that’s the point. Sometimes losing, failing, or wandering isn’t the end… it’s the path that leads us back to ourselves. 🌿
