I found myself getting frustrated, complaining, and whining about the situation. It made me question why these things were happening to me. However, I came to realize that none of us are perfect. The key is not striving for perfection all the time, but rather how quickly we can bounce back and regroup. Despite feeling frustrated and annoyed, as the day went on, I realized that I wasn't feeling that way anymore. I wasn't acting in the same negative manner either. It made me realize that it's not about achieving perfection; it's about returning to the person we want to be. A few months ago, I would've let this negative state linger for days. But now, I was able to move past it within a couple of hours. It's an improvement, but I believe there's always room to grow and do better.
