There’s no competition quite like the one that exists between brothers. From Cain and Abel to the Bee Gee’s brothers have always been at each other’s throats trying to outdo one another. While some get praised other’s get cast out, or worse; forgotten. Throughout the 1930s and 40s Baseball brothers Wes and Rick Ferrell would both make history, but only one would receive baseball’s highest honor.

For those who made it this far, thank you for listening. Normally I would post a reading list, but this is a story I saw unfold right in front of me. Kansas City was literally the happiest place on earth for one month and I will never forget that feeling. Matt Fulks' "Out of the Blue" is a nice little book that covers the story but leaves out all the devil magic and such, but it is a nice little dose of nostalgia that will help fans forget about every season since 2017; for an afternoon at least.
