    Using a cane, a walker, and a wheelchair can affect you in many different ways.
    There’s a part of me that felt shame or embarrassed.  BUT I know that these devices are a must in my life to keep me safe.

    In today's episode I'll be sharing what tools and aids I use to help relieve my pain from Ehlers Danlos, Occipital Neuralgia, migraines, etc..
    Most items were purchased on Amazon unless otherwise stated.

    I mentioned using a neck Tens Unit I bought from an Instagram ad.. 
    That is called Intelligent Neck Massager.  I do believe this can be found on Amazon as well.
    I hope this has helped you in a way find some new tools to help you relieve pain.
