About this listen
This week we sit down with Joe Fasano as he recounts his early days of "noodling" on guitars with Nick, a passion that evolved into playing in numerous bands. Joe primarily became a vocalist, playing guitar, bass, and drums in only a few projects, but doing mostly vocals. He shares the origin of his singing career, which started in a high school band that transitioned from an emo sound to metal/metalcore. Joe discusses his involvement in the punk and hardcore scenes, he details the strength and structure of the local music scene, which revolved around three main areas: Lansdale, Doyelstown, and Philly. We talk about the shows he's booked, the tours he played, other shows and the friends made along the way!
