About this listen

**TOP 2.5% Global Podcast** Love being a mom but secretly wish you had more time for yourself? Are you tired of being told to “sleep when the baby sleeps,” not knowing when you’ll get the long list of house chores done? Crave more time with Jesus, but you can’t get your mind to shut off? You’re in the right place, and you’re not alone! My mission is to come alongside my fellow mamas who are weary, overwhelmed, and tired of simply surviving. Together we’ll dig into boundaries, time-saving hacks, life-giving prayer practices, soul care habits, and mindset work - all with grace-filled intentionality. Hey, I’m Courtney - a mom, wife, Jesus-lovin’ dog owner who is trained in spiritual direction. After giving birth during the craziness of 2020 (#iykyk), I found myself isolated, overwhelmed, and unsure of how to move forward. Turns out my old ways of operating (in faith, fitness, and homemaking) weren’t sustainable within the context of motherhood. I learned the hard way that: * buying a planner (or multiple planners) doesn’t translate to consistency * going to seminary doesn’t mean you have a flourishing relationship with God * trying to disciple others while pouring from an empty cup is a great way to get burned out in ministry If you’re ready to come up for air, mama, know that you can experience rest *and* peace in your motherhood! Say goodbye to overwhelm and hello to balance and freedom. Go ahead and throw some ice in your tea or coffee (before it gets cold again 😉) and get ready to dive in. PS - If a particular practice blesses you at any point, be sure to share it in our Facebook group “Living Like Jesus.” No shame, no overwhelm - just women of faith coming together to encourage each other and pursue Christlikeness in marriage and motherhood.
