Behind the G co-hosts Gainesville High School Athletic Director Adam Lindsey and Sports Information Director Katie B. Davis talk the Red Elephants run through the state quarterfinals, and the atmosphere in Davis-Hill Gym, while welcoming in guests Christina Lecoeuvre and Deon Williams. Lecoeuvre, Gainesville's volleyball coach, recently began a monthly series of seminars aimed at informing and empowering Big Red's contingent of female athletes. Williams, who serves as both an assistant football coach and co-head track coach, joins the show to make a big career announcement while updating listeners on the state of Gainesville track and field.

On this week's episode of Behind the G, Adam and Katie B. are joined by Gainesville alum and new coach for Red Elephant boys lacrosse Baylor Montoya; GHS Director of Tennis Ed Benson, whose journey to Gainesville and coaching Big Red is something to hear ; and the most accomplished baseball coach Gainesville's known, Wayne Vickery, who had the new baseball performance center on the grounds of historic Ivey-Watson Field named in his honor earlier this week.
