From peeing in an iron (why?) to faking your own death (dramatic much?), we explore the most outrageous things people have done after catching their partners cheating.

We’re talking texting the cousin, uploading receipts to Facebook, and even getting tangled in a tale involving Shania Twain and a rather awkward partner swap.

Join us as we try (and fail) to work out what’s petty, what’s powerful, and what’s just plain criminal. There’s no moral high ground here... laughter, and a few questionable decisions.

After spending 12 years in the world of corporate accounting where listening to your intuition and prioritising your pleasure is not exactly encouraged, I am passionate about helping women bring more pleasure to their daily lives and peeling back the layers of shame and social conditioning that prevent us from living our fully empowered lives.

I hate small talk and elephants in the room and much prefer to dive in deep talking about the things that are maybe-scary but ultimately so important and healing to talk about!

I don't believe that everything happens for a reason, but I do believe that nothing needs to go to waste - we get to take everything that happens in our lives and turn it into the fuel for something even greater. Because it ALWAYS gets to keep getting better!

Everything I do rests on the foundations of self love, self trust, embodying pleasure as a tool for healing, and approaching life with a curious, open mind.

What does that look like in real life?

Finding the opportunities to check in with yourself and ask what YOU want on a regular basis, and listening for your own answers.

Connecting with your body (touch, movement, dancing)

Filling your life with pleasure wherever you can (What activities light you up? What beautiful things can you fill your rooms with? What do you like to eat? What fabrics feel good on your body?)

And so much more!
