LCCC and Laramie County School District #1 are working hand-in-hand to prepare students for Wyoming’s future workforce. Learn how partnerships like Trades Day, Trades Academy, and Accelerate LCCC are helping students earn college credit, explore careers, and find their path early.

In this episode of Beyond the Classroom: LCCC Outreach & Workforce Development, host James Drudge welcomes Tonya Hacker, Dean of Outreach & Workforce Development at Laramie County Community College, and Adam Keizer, Workforce Partnership Facilitator for Laramie County School District #1.

They dive into how collaboration between education and industry is transforming opportunities for Wyoming students—from Trades Day events that inspire career curiosity to dual enrollment and Accelerate LCCC, which allow students to earn up to a full year of college credit for free.
