Not Sorry is a peanut butter porter that started as a homebrew and is one of the staples. Not Sorry Day is when they take the beer and make different variations of the beer. I talked with Head Brewer and owner Patrick Howard, Owner James Williams, and Sean Schlater, sales rep and bartender.

In this episode, I had the treat of talking with Jerrod Fisher, head brewer and owner of Alematic Brewery and Coffee Bar in Huber Heights, and Bryan Duncan, owner and head brewer of Nocterra Brewing in Powell, Ohio. They are both celebrating seven years in business, having opened on the same day.
