  • Gamers are losers?! Really Ma'am?
    Sep 9 2025

    (Real the full description)

A woman labeled gamers, "Losers". This podcast episode dives into reasons why that's not exactly true.

By the way, I switched platforms but I will try to get episodes over here when I remember to upload. Spotify took away all the features in the podcast app, so you can't simply record, add music, and ads. You have to upload everything after editing it off the app, rather than it being recorded and stored on the system. I can understand not wanting to store all that data, but they could've kept the tools that allowed us to record and edit, but the data could've been saved on our hardware instead.

Additionally, explore the violations and damages I believe are relevant to Jax Ulbrich, a sophomore running back for the Division III Berry College Vikings, and the son of Atlanta Falcons defensive coordinator Jeff Ulbrich, for impersonating New Orleans Saints GM, Mickey Loomis. Here's a breakdown of violations & damages that may apply:

    Legal Violations

    - **Fraud**: Impersonating an NFL decision-maker to deceive the athlete.

    - **Identity Theft**: Assuming another person’s identity to carry out the scheme.

    - **Invasion of Privacy**: Misusing a private phone number obtained without consent.

    - **Harassment or Cyberbullying**: Intentionally causing distress or humiliation.

    - **Breach of Confidentiality**: Sharing the phone number without permission.

    - **Defamation**: Potentially harming the athlete's reputation through the act.

    Potential Damages

    - Emotional distress impacting mental health and future performance.

    - Reputational harm to both the athlete and the NFL organization.

    - Professional setbacks due to the false information and public humiliation.

    - Possible financial damages if the athlete's career opportunities are affected.

This outline highlights the seriousness of the situation and the potential legal ramifications for all involved.
