    *The Billionaire Tax Act of California, which is currently collecting signatures to be added to the November ballot in California, proposes a one-time 5% tax on the total wealth of residents with $1 billion or more in net worth and would apply to California residents as of Jan 1, 2026....so it's retroactive....Doesn't that mean that California is just setting themselves up to lose their most wealthy residents and thereby actually lose tax revenue for years to come? hmmmm...another great move by California....

    *Solution to NYC housing problem is to take the rent freeze off and let investors fix the problems so people have a decent, safe place to live!
