  • Episode #8: Why Emotions Can Surface at The "Wrong" Time
    May 3 2026

Have you ever had emotions come up at a time that didn't seem to match what you expected?

In this episode, I share a recent personal experience where gentle somatic movement brought up a wave of sadness and grief during a season when we typically associate more outward energy and expansion.

This led me to reflect on something important: Our emotional cycles don't always align perfectly with the natural seasons.

Sometimes we move through difficult experiences, stress, disruption, or even trauma and we don't fully process them in the moment. Instead, we hold them and they surface later, when the body finally feels safe enough to release.

    In this episode, I explore:

-Why emotions can surface "out of season"

-How life events can interrupt natural emotional rhythms

-The role of somatic movement in emotional release.

-How staying connected to seasonal living can still support healing even when timing isn't perfect.

This is an invitation to approach your body and your emotions with more and less rigidity, and to allow your own timing to unfold naturally.

  • Episode #7-The Seasonal Microbiome: How Your Gut Changes Through the Year
    Apr 12 2026

Have you ever noticed that your cravings, digestion, and energy shift throughout the year?

In this episode, we explore the idea that your gut isn't static, it moves in cycles just like the seasons.

Drawing from both modern gut health concepts and Classical/Traditional Chinese Medicine, I walk through how the changes from winter to spring, summer, and fall and how seasonal foods naturally support these shifts.

    We'll talk about:

why winter is a time of building and strengthening the gut.

How spring foods help cleanse and prepare the digestive system.

What makes summer the peak season for Microbiome diversity.

How fall helps us transition and rebuild stability.

You'll also learn how and probiotic foods show up naturally in each season, and why eating with the seasons may be one of the most intuitive ways to support gut health.

This episode is an invitation to slow down, observe your body, and begin aligning your foods and lifestyle with the natural rhythms around you.

  • Episode #6-Winter Awarness: Slowing Down, Listening Deeply and Moving Gently
    Feb 2 2026

Winter naturally invites us to slow down, turn inward, and listen more closely, yet, modern life often asks us to do the opposite. In this episode, I explore how the darker, quieter months often a powerful opportunity for deeper , healing, and gentle movement.

Drawing inspiration from simple mindfulness practices, ancient seasonal wisdom, and my own experiences with somatic healing and physical recovery, this episode looks at why winter changes how our bodies feel and move and how learning to observe rather than push can support both physical and emotional well-being.

    We'll talk about;

why winter heightens bodily and inner reflection.

how somatic movement supports healing and nervous system regulation.

ways to stay gently active, without overriding the body's need for rest.

finding balance between inward rhythms and daily responsibilities.

listening to seasonal cues with flexibility and self-compassion.

this episode is an invitation to move more slowly, notice more, and honor winter not as a season to endure, but as a season that teaches
