In the aftermath of the explosions and the retreat of Mechanical, this section is rough.. The stakes have never been higher.
In this episode, Michael and I break down the immediate aftermath of the uprising. We follow Marc’s harrowing flight through the stairwells, a sequence that feels more like a horror movie than a sci-fi novel, and we finally get confirmation on the fates of some characters we’ve grown to love. There’s talk of submechanophobia and why Solo might actually just have a severe case of undiagnosed ADHD. And, of course, we also check in on a deteriorating Walker, who is quite literally haunted by the past, and Juliette, who is battling for her life in the watery depths of Silo 17.
