Hey everyone! We took a little break for July 4th and now we're back! This episode was THE BEST! I love talking about body image and confident. It's something that I struggled with for a really long time and something that I still struggle with because well, life is hard. I'm excited to open up about my own struggles and I hope it relates to someone out there.
