Father, surfer, and president of the foundation, Jeff Miller is Jimmy's brother and grew up in Manhattan Beach. Jeff went to Mira Costa and then to Berkely and still surfs when conditions are good. He shared early stories of the family and Jimmy traveling to exotic surf spots while growing up.
