About Jen:
Jen is a queer mom to a non-binary teenager, a coach (specializing in work with those coming out in midlife), a Licensed Professional Counselor, a nationally registered art therapist, and a master-level Reiki practitioner. After two decades of midwifing hundreds of clients through life’s major transitions and experiencing her own passage through a fiery midlife portal, she was inspired to write her debut teaching memoir, Midlife Emergence: Free Your Inner Fire, (Bold Story Press, 2023) to accompany women and non-binary people in traversing their midlife journeys.
