  • Ep. 8 - MOGG Dance Crew - Red Bull Dance Your Style Winner on Pressure, Freestyle & Letting Go
    Apr 4 2026

In this episode, we sit down with Lil H and Julian from MoGG — two dancers representing the new wave of the Czech street dance scene.

Fresh off his win at Red Bull Dance Your Style, Lil H breaks down what it really takes to step into a freestyle battle where the music is random and the crowd decides who wins.

We go beyond the highlight moments and talk about the reality behind it — pressure, creative blocks, self-doubt, and what happens when you go from winning locally to competing on the world stage.

Julian shares his perspective on balancing freestyle and choreography, and how dancers develop their own style in a culture that’s constantly evolving.

This episode is for anyone creating under pressure — whether in dance, business, or any creative field.

This was Brno Gs — a platform for creatives who don’t just create, but build.

  • Ep. 7 - Shai Clothing - Culture Over Clout: The Winning Formula, Young Hustlers Don't Give A Sh*t, Secret Sauce to Brand Loyalty.
    Feb 28 2026

In this episode of Gs, we sit down with the founders of SHAI ClothingTom Peška, Vojta Dvořák, and Andreas, the crew behind one of Brno’s most exciting grassroots streetwear labels. SHAI isn’t just about clothes; it’s about culture, creativity, and community. Born from friendship and fuelled by passion, Tom, Vojta and Andreas have built a brand that celebrates individuality, hosts events like football tournaments and dance battles, and connects with people who live the shaitastic lifestyle — ambitious, creative, and always ready to express themselves through style.

In this conversation we explore how the brand started, where their inspiration comes from, what drives their design process, and how they balance fashion with real-world community building. They also share what it takes to execute ideas fearlessly at any age, what their vision for SHAI’s future looks like, and the meaning behind the movement they’re creating together.

Whether you’re into streetwear, dreaming of starting your own creative project, or just curious about how a local brand goes beyond fashion to build a culture, this episode digs into the heart of what makes SHAI more than just clothing — it’s a lifestyle.

  • Ep. 6 - Brusinka Multicultural Centre - Building Belonging: Don't Work With People Who Hate, Adolescents Thrive Through Fun, Tragedy Of Online Communication.
    Jan 10 2026

Brusinka Multicultural Centre is not just a space—it’s a lifeline for many who arrive in Brno searching for belonging, understanding, and connection. At its heart stands Viktoria Netikova, founder and head of the centre, a woman who never planned on becoming a leader, yet built one of Brno’s most important intercultural hubs from the ground up.

What began nearly nine years ago as a simple book club for children has since evolved into a thriving multicultural ecosystem supporting people from over 108 countries. Brusinka offers language courses, music and art workshops, therapy services, cultural events, summer camps, open mic sessions, and safe spaces for both locals and internationals to meet—not online, but face to face.

Viktoria’s journey is deeply personal. As a mother and a foreigner herself, she saw a gap in the city—especially for children growing up between cultures—and decided to act. Through persistence, collaboration, and an unwavering belief in empathy, Brusinka grew into a centre where kids find confidence, adults find community, and creativity becomes a shared language.

In this episode, we dive into the realities of running a non-profit cultural centre, the emotional and financial challenges behind it, and the quiet wins that make it all worthwhile—watching a shy child find their voice through music, seeing strangers become friends long after a workshop ends, or helping someone take their first confident step into Czech society.
