Creatives: The Essence of Community and Collaboration in our creative industries, we got to hear from Daphne Sandoval and Jase Manatad of Magpies Press. By highlighting the rich culture and arts of Los Baños as exhibited by its student-centeredness and collaborative nature, they emphasized the importance of community in art-making as well as the vitality of making art accessible -- especially through zines and conversations. They talked about the goals and creative practices of Magpies as a collective, their experiences as well as personal motivations as culture and arts workers. They ended the podcast with advice to all aspiring culture and arts workers.
