Terrence is celebrating his first Christmas out of prison in over 20 years. He was featured twice on America's Most Wanted, stole hundreds of cars, robbed multiple banks, escaped from prison and even from handcuffs, and became known for his infamous move called "The Ole Washington Bail Out."
