Heather lives with Cystic Fibrosis and has survived two double lung transplants and a kidney transplant. She is an accomplished songwriter, musician, author and more driven by determination and faith. Champ lives with Cerebral Palsy and has accomplished many things in his life. He is a pastor and enjoys serving people. He also is driven by determination and faith.
