About this listen

Welcome to the extract, rats. This is Camping the Extract, where we celebrate the most hated playstyle in ARC Raiders: camping extraction zones and ruining everyone's day. Hosted by The Toxic Teacher, this podcast is your guide to rat tactics, PvP dominance, and why extraction camping is a legitimate strategy—no matter how much the PvE crowd cries about it. We break down raids, discuss meta shifts, and defend our right to third-party your loot. If you think extraction camping is toxic, you're absolutely right. And we're here for it. • Shared Watch is Socialism and Pickleball Almost Killed Me | Patch 1.15.0 Reaction + Lore Deep Dive Pt. 2
    Feb 17 2026

Episode 11 of Camping the Extract drops on Valentine's Day and immediately descends into chaos. Embark released Patch 1.15.0 with their new Shared Watch event, and it is exactly what we feared: a soft PVE mode disguised as a holiday. Merits for killing ARC, nothing for killing other players. It is socialism in the apocalypse and we are not having it.

Nicky A.I. Dente kicks things off with a Valentine's Day rant about his ex Big Martha, a disastrous road trip to Valentine Nebraska, and some deeply concerning stories about Cherry County. The Toxic Teacher reveals he broke his finger playing pickleball with 70-year-olds and 10-year-olds, and Nicky responds with a tale about destroying a Guitar Hero fretboard in an underground killer league on Arthur Avenue.

Part 2 of the ARC Raiders Lore Deep Dive covers the class-based Exodus, the Jangsu Romania corporation, and Nicky's ancestor "Nicky the Rivet" selling fake spaceship tickets to desperate civilians. Nicky also claims the ARC are based on Italian-American aggression phenotypes, which tracks.

Where the Fuck Are the Viewers From shouts out Columbia, Missouri and listeners Pops Hagan and Mikey (do NOT call him Mikey). Nicky tells a never-ending story about an unauthorized server farm in a Missouri diner, heavy-set Brenda, and a tire iron incident that may or may not have involved the Missouri State Highway Patrol.

Also featured: new ARC Raiders News theme songs, a Bohemian Rhapsody cover made from a Spotify comment by a guy named Ben who called the show trash, and an outro genre called Midwestern Slinger Trash Industrial Polka.

Topics: ARC Raiders Shared Watch event, Patch 1.15.0 breakdown, ARC Raiders PVE vs PVP, ARC Raiders lore deep dive, extraction shooter podcast, pickleball injury, Valentine's Day gaming podcast

  • Arc Raiders Cheater Bans, Lore Deep Dive Chaos, Machine Betrayal & Rat Gameplay Meltdown
    Feb 10 2026

Episode 10 of Camping the Extract officially puts us in double digits, and we celebrate by immediately losing control of reality.

Toxic breaks down Arc Raiders anti-cheat drama, Steam account sharing bans, and whether innocent players should get nuked because their cousin is a cheating goblin. Then things spiral into a fake “lore deep dive” that never quite happens, a live-action rat survival thriller, and a full-on digital betrayal by a machine turret that apparently has loyalty issues.

Nicky “Noodle Arms” Dente faces his greatest enemy yet: friendly squads, rotating robot eyes, and his own bloodline turning on him. Meanwhile, Toxic begs him to flee to romantic Italian music, promises lore that may never arrive, and admits this episode might be structurally cursed.

We close with the official outro genre reveal: Italian Disco Doom Metal, because nothing else could possibly fit this disaster.

    Topics include:
    Arc Raiders cheating bans
    Steam Family Sharing punishment
    Rat gameplay tactics
    Machine AI betrayal

    Outro genre insanity

Plus, we address a "civilized" Spotify comment about the "choice" to be a rat, a nostalgia trip back to the Division 1 Dark Zone, and a harrowing tale of a feral hog in a Conroe, Texas crawl space.NICKY’S BODY COUNT (EPISODE 9)
