A compassionate communicator and lifelong servant leader, Dianne Frana has dedicated her life to uplifting others. With more than 11 years of experience in senior care and over 25 years working closely with youth, she brings deep empathy, wisdom, and a natural gift for connection to every conversation. Her approach is rooted in kindness, faith, and a genuine desire to inspire hope in the people around her.


Outside of her professional work, Dianne stays active in the community, volunteering at food pantries, the Rotary, serving as a Board Member for the Nyonblee Cares Foundation, and participating in church ministries and outreach. Known for her warm spirit and ability to make others feel seen and supported, she leads with compassion in all that she does.


When Dianne is not encouraging others, she finds joy in spending time with her family and friends. Caring Table is an extension of her life’s mission: to create a safe, uplifting environment where people feel connected, cared for, and encouraged to keep moving forward.
