    Can God’s love really be this good—or is that just sentimental fantasy? In this episode of Perspectives with Catherine Toon, Catherine goes straight into the heart of a jaded, skeptical age and shows how God’s love is actually the most realistic thing in the universe. Catherine gently exposes how unbelief, jadedness, and skepticism are heart conditions, not moral failures—and how they keep us from experiencing God, hearing His voice, and stepping into the spiritual transformation we’re actually hungry for. She unpacks the different “soils” of the heart: hardened paths, shallow gravel, thorny distractions, and finally good, rich soil that receives the seed of God’s word and bears real fruit.     God is a God of abundance, not scarcity—and His love is big enough to touch every place you fear not having enough. Catherine unpacks how perfect God’s love casts out fear, how scarcity is a result of the fall—not God’s heart—and how Paul could learn to be content in both abundance and lack because he was rooted in an unshakable Source.     You were made for abundance—not for a life driven by fear, lack, or spiritual hustle. In this episode of Perspectives with Catherine Toon, Catherine unpacks what it really means that God is a God of abundance, not poverty or greed, and how that changes the way you see provision, prosperity, and your own heart. So much of the Church has swung between extremes: the “prosperity gospel” that idolizes material wealth, and the religious poverty mindset that treats lack as holy. Catherine goes back to Genesis to reveal God’s original design: humanity placed in the Garden of Delight, blessed, fruitful, and commissioned to reign as lovers and blessers, not as fearful strivers.
