About this listen
Harry and Matt are back! After a long break, they're here to talk about censorship in music. Inspired by the recent incident from Matty Healy at a festival in Malaysia which involved a demonstration in support of LGBTQ+ rights, the subsequent potential lawsuits against The 1975 and the banning of the band in the country.
It wouldn't be a normal show for these two if they wouldn't talk about Muse, due to their connection to Malaysia as they were the next Western band to play in the country and the removal of one of their songs in their setlist.
How far will censorship of music go in the industry and normal everyday culture?
