I found myself, drowning, going down for the 3rd time when a friend said to me

"you can be more afraid of drowning than what it would take to ride an elephant"

I made her repeat it and say it slowly..because my heart understood but my traumatized mind needed a moment to catch up. Then….. I got it.

A quick heart to heart that will hopefully pull you up and out towards your breakthru!
