Why would I ever say something like that to a client?

Answer: Bookkeeping

And not to worry...the statement was VERY well received!

However, the bookkeeping revealed something that went beyond dollars and cents. It made it possible to reveal the real problem that needed to be solved.

I reveal that real problem and how solving it greatly benefited the client in this episode.
