    Sep 12 2024

When I say this is the best cocktail sauce recipe, I am not making it up. There is a difference between the bottled stuff, homemade and restaurant quality. This version is by-far the best ever by adding just a few ingredients to really AMP up the flavor. Serve it with shrimp cocktail, crab cakes or any other seafood ... even fish sticks.

  • Episode 2- Yum Yum Sauce
    Sep 12 2024

You know I like it saucey and sauce is one of our 5 Ss- a way to elevate a meal. This Yum Yum sauce recipe is easy to make and you likely have the ingredients in your pantry. I highly recommend using a small food processor to blend it which allows the ground spices to dissolve better. Letting it chill and sit also helps the flavors develop. It's perfect for any seafood meal, but especially good with hibachi- check our our fried rice and hibachi shrimp recipe!
