Lawrence is owner of The Performance Ranch in Albuquerque, New Mexico where he and his team help athletes of all types become better and perform better outside the gym walls. Lawrence has trained several elite athletes including UFC champions, Olympic athletes, NFL and major league players. Listen in as he shares the challenges he faced as a kid, a decision he made that almost cost him his life, and how he has now become a pillar of strength for his community, his children, and his wife as she faces her own health challenges.
