  • Ep 36: With special guest Kaddy Thomas
    Apr 10 2026

As the parent-carer of Elijah, a young boy who has faced numerous health complications and complex care needs since a tragic brain injury at just 18 months of age, Kaddy has dedicated her life to ensuring that her son receives the best possible care.

With a large team of health professionals at her side, Kaddy has been able to provide Elijah with round-the-clock care. However, the journey has not been easy. In order to become a more effective manager, leader, advocate, and communicator, Kaddy sought out coaching. and the results have been astounding.

Through the coaching, Kaddy has seen improvements in every aspect of her life. She has become a more confident and capable carer, and has been inspired to share her newfound skills and knowledge with other carers who may be facing similar challenges.

This is why Kaddy has established Carers Collective, a platform that offers other carers the chance to access coaching at both affordable prices and fully funded options and give that support to other carers.

Drawing on her own experiences as a carer and manager, Kaddy knows that collaboration and teamwork are key to success. And this is reflected in the approach she has taken with Carers Collective.

Currently the Carers Collective is running a fully funded 6-week coaching program for carers. It is designed to empower carers and provide them with the tools they need to be effective leaders and advocates for their loved ones. Kaddy's journey as a carer has been challenging, but also rewarding and full of learning, and she hopes to share her experience and inspire other carers to do the same.

  • Ep 35: With special guest Becca Scott
    Mar 27 2026

Becca Scott is a women’s health practitioner specialising in peri menopausal women experiencing vulval and vaginal health issues, autoimmune conditions, and stress-related illness.

With over 25 years’ experience in women’s health, Becca has observed a recurring and often overlooked pattern - many chronic gynaecological, hormonal, and autoimmune conditions are closely linked to prolonged emotional stress, trauma, and difficult or toxic relationships.

Drawing on both professional expertise and lived experience, Becca is the creator of BLOOM - a methodology that helps women reclaim health, clarity, and self-trust while navigating difficult relationships. BLOOM supports women to stay well, grounded, and emotionally intact, even when life and relationships feel uncertain. Having lived with Crohn’s disease, Hashimoto’s, and Lichen Sclerosus herself alongside navigating coercive control, bereavement, and family life - Becca understands that healing is not about pushing through. Instead, it’s about creating safety in the body, clarity in the mind, and boundaries that protect long-term wellbeing.
