The book follows two sets of siblings on a magical adventure to restore magic and power to the Kingdom of Orisha. This multiple POV fast paced young adult novel, gives high stakes, complex relationships and deals with topics ranging from an exploration of culture and representation for black and African children who have seen and experienced the world we live in today.
