In part one we cover the early life of former Colonel Russell Williams, who would would eventually be promoted to lead Canada's largest air force base at CFB Trenton. We also learned about the strange break and enters that were occurring in the suburb of Orleans Ottawa and the tiny village of Tweed, areas where the Colonel lived. Williams was leading a double life that would escalate during the summer of 2009, when his crimes would progress to something much darker. Less than 6 months later, Russell Williams would be charged with the murder of Marie France Comeau, Jessica Lloyd, the attacks on two other women in the village of Tweed, and 82 break and enter.
