Confidence isn't the absence of fear or anxiety, its pushing through it. While it appears as second nature for some people, so many of those people had to develop confidence on their own. This routine uses mindfulness, imagery, and traditional methods to help address low confidence and to help grow it to a self sustaining point.
While hypnotherapy may sound intense its just the process of entering a deep, meditative state where your subconscious mind may be a bit more open to positive suggestion. You still remain aware and in control and will only be open to suggestions that align with your wants, needs and values.
