Hi! I’m Jill. :) A wife, mom of 5, and recovering control freak… otherwise known as a perfectionist. For years I struggled with burnout, mom guilt, and feeling like a failure as a mom. Overwhelm and constant stress made it feel like the weight of the world rested on my shoulders alone, sucking the joy out of motherhood.

I finally realized that if I wanted to raise happy children and enjoy motherhood, I needed to focus on my own emotional health and mindset first. And from there, my kids would follow.

So I created a plan. One that put God first, seeking His wisdom instead of Google’s, building a relationship with Him instead social media. And a crazy thing happened. As my mind got into alignment with God, my kids’ attitudes completely changed. The house got cleaner. My patience grew. And I found myself smiling again and setting goals for my life as a mom.

If you’re ready to stop worrying constantly about your kids, the house, and what you’re doing wrong so you can finally find peace, balance, and joy in daily life as a mom, this podcast is for you.
