  • The Lusitania Museum & Old Head Signal Tower
    Oct 10 2025

In this episode, I speak with members of the Lusitania Museum and Old Head Signal Tower Committee about their journey to restore the Napoleonic Old Head Signal Tower (over 220 years old) and honour the story of RMS Lusitania. This is a non profit community project managed by local volunteers. The group has worked tirelessly to preserve this important heritage, winning multiple awards along the way. The project has recently secured planning permission for its final phase to build a dedicated Lusitania Museum onsite.

The Lusitania Museum & Old Head Signal Tower is open 7 days a week from 10am - 5pm until Sunday 2 November 2025. Reopening March 2026.
