Lisa's incredible career spans over 30 years since emerging as a DJ back in 1992, with a strong affiliation to iconic brands including Sundissential, Godskitchen, Judgement Sundays and her very own Lashed too.

We discuss her life journey so far coming from a Jehova's Witnesses background growing up, to a polar opposite path with her success as a female artist in the music industry.

In this episode I sat down with Sean Willers, an individual with a rollercoaster of a life story so far that saw him go from spending time homeless as a teen to serving in the British Army in Afghanistan. After his time served in the military he was a successful artist alongside his brother as one half of The Willers Brothers.

However, the lifestyle consumed him with substance abuse and a vicious cycle of excessive partying. After making a decision to quit the music industry he refocused his efforts on fitness and wellness and has become a successful coach helping high-performers get lean, disciplined & alcohol free through the Take Back Control program.
